Role Summary

Responsible for supporting the planning, development and growth of merchant sustainable packaging, across all functions (sales, admin, customer service, marketing)

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Implement the strategy, sales operations strategy and account management playbook
  • Sales pitching to restaurants (an average of one sales pitch per week – could be more if we’re more focused on it)
  • Following up on partners interested Sustainable Packaging with Account managers and Managers/Supervisors to ensure the issue is resolved and retraining is done (2 cases per week on average)
  • Following up on sales bonus payments
  • Following up on the creation of salesforce opportunities on a monthly basis
  • Following up on sales lead list progress
  • Creation of marketing English content
  • Following up on localization
  • Following up on delivery of content and creative assets
  • Creation of creative tickets on Asana
  • Creation of CRM tickets on Asana and Bladerunner
  • Translations

What Did We Order?

  • Experience – Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, marketing or any related field.
  • Know-how – Understanding of sales performance metrics, strong knowledge of F&B industry
  • Skills – Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven leadership, problem solving attitude, thinking out of the box, comfortable working in large multi-cultural teams
  • Qualities – Independent, capable of self-organising and meeting targets, flexible, able to meet deadlines
  • Education – BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
