Avanceon is looking for an assistant who could facilitate in day to day Procurement operations and manage the store merchandise in the Qatar Office.
- Get competitive quotations & procure material from the local market as per project team requisition.
- Delivery of material to project sites and to internal store.
- Maintaining the logs of materials that are delivered to both site and store.
- Maintain & manage the store as Store-In-Charge. Proper Inventory record to be maintained.
- Maintain Store Material in/out record.
- Assist project team in Print, compile, bind and Submission of documents to client offices if necessary
- Qatar driving Licence is mandatory
- Must be proficient in English and can effectively communicate in this language.
- Education: Minimum high school Degree
- Candidate should have 2-3 years of procurement & store handling experience.
- The candidate should be locally available.
