The Role

Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas is looking for an experienced and guest-oriented Assistant Manager – Front Office with excellent communication, leadership, management and team-building skills. An outgoing person with an ability to work well with others and to remain calm in stressful situations. An ideal candidate enjoys interacting with guests and colleagues and goes the extra mile to create memorable moments for our guests.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
  • Minimum 1-2 years work experience on a similar role within Front Office
  • Background experience in a resort or luxury property
  • A genuine passion to deliver memorable moments for our guests
  • Great attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Schedule flexibility is necessary
  • High level of interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with guests
  • GCC experience would be an added advantage
  • Preferably residing in Qatar, with support of transfer
