Tasks, Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the production of Arabian Cuisine of the highest standards. All production is carried out in lines with appropriate food control, use of recipes, Radisson Blu corporate guidelines and services.
- Ensure all Arabic Cuisine is prepared authentically, to the highest quality standards.
- Possesses good knowledge in Arabic Cuisine, Food preparation techniques and Restaurant Operations.
- Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Qatar with prior experience in Middle Eastern countries.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Arabic restaurant operations and food preparation.
- Natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
- Good command of English & Arabic languages.
- Able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging work environment.
Salary – QAR 2500 – 3500 (Depends Upon Experience) + Housing + Meals + Transportation
