Core tasks for the role are:
- Open and close an agreement without delay and support in the sales team in achieving their targets through administrative works
- Handle off-hire of vehicles, maintain proper coordination with the team and liaise with customers to have a smooth process.
- Ensure that all relevant files of the agreement are stored in the correct format electronically and in hard copy.
- Verify invoices prior to generation and ensuring charges are correct and supported.
- Timely dispatching/submission of invoices.
Candidates who speak, read, and write Arabic have Carpro experience is preferable.
