Dragon Mart Doha is looking for an Administrative Officer who is locally available in Qatar.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
- Managing office supplies stock, and placing orders
- Arrange travel and accommodations for staff
- Manage staff accommodation
- Schedule in-house and external events and public holidays.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Manage reception, drivers, and office tea boys
- Manage company POBOX account, email accounts, comp cloud accounts of OneDrive, and internet & telephone accounts.
- Manage office and lunchroom hygiene, keys, and general environment.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree 2. English and Arabic is must ，Chinese is plus point
