Job Overview

An administrative officer will be the face of the company. This is a client interfacing role that requires frequent interaction with clients, gathering their requirements, maintaining records, and managing vendors to mobilize a large pool of resources.

The role demands communication skills as the person will talk to clients, vendors, and candidates. A comprehensive list of responsibilities is shared below:

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day recruitment campaigns
  • Review and shortlist candidates as per clients’ requirements
  • Manage daily email correspondence
  • Ensure on-time and efficient management of new candidates’ records
  • Coordinate and maintain records such as Visa, mobilization, and the likes of candidates
  • Should have hands-on experience in Vendor Management (Vendor Registration)
  • Source manpower locally or from overseas locations
  • Prepare Gate Pass Documents for workers
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal team
  • Understand requirements and needs of clients
  • Oversee planning activity on mobilization as per clients’ requirements
  • Daily reporting of mobilization including requirements, planning, and deployment
  • Daily reporting of demobilization
  • Plan and coordinate soft and technical skill training of workers as per clients’ requirements
  • Plan and conduct preliminary interviews with candidates
  • Prepare job offer letters for shortlisted candidates
  • Manage and regularly update candidates’ data bank
  • Regularly update on current salary brackets for various positions in the market

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in handling similar administrative and operational activities
  • Experience in working on Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Strong computer skills
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Must be a strong administrator with an eye for details
