About the job

We are looking for a dynamic assistant to support us with all things administrative in our growing office.

Tasks will include:

  • Preparing invoices
  • Preparing letters
  • Updating schedules and logs of insurances, invoices, contracts
  • Manage the timekeeping process
  • Scheduling the directors
  • Keeping ledgers up to date
  • Other administrative and secretarial duties

Required skills are:

  • Excellent MS office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Preferably strong IT skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Professional command of the English language, spoken and written
  • General attention to detail and organisational talent
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment under high pressure in a growing organisation
