As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for receiving and managing Alhazm inventory related to the retail department which includes fashion, cosmetics, fragrance and other accessories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all inventory of Alhazm retail are accounted for and stored correctly physically and logically at all times.
  • Receive stock from different vendors for fashion, cosmetic and other accessories
  • Ensure accurate price tagging, barcoding and updating the system
  • Provide and execute daily, weekly and monthly reports and action plans that increase quality, inventory accuracy and service
  • Liaise with external and internal departments for all inventory matters

Your Desired Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Accuracy and high attention to detail is essential
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft dynamics/office
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
