Administrative Assistant (English & Arabic Speaker)

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant (English & Arabic Speaker) to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include but not limited to providing support to the manager, assisting in daily office needs, and managing the company’s administrative activities.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 2-3 Years Administrative Assistant experience or similar role is required
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedure
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabi
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Bachelors degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
