Your Tasks

  • Promote & comply with applicable safety instructions and other Company HSE procedures in all activities
  • Carry out work in compliance with Company values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed Company priorities and objectives, Company standards and procedures and good industry practices
  • Treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality
  • Manage the Project Manger’s calendar and provide support with the scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and meeting room bookings.
  • Act as first point of contact for visitors, control the movement of incoming and outgoing visitors ensuring that they are always escorted
  • Arrange transportation, shuttles, drivers for meetings outside office premises
  • Organize business lunches, special deliveries, etc.
  • Maintain the Project leave schedule
  • Carry out customary administration and paperwork processes (photocopy/scan dispatch and filing of documentation)
  • Prepare business cards, stamps, and other related work order requests for the project
  • Assist the team with their day-to-day queries, raise issues and follow-up on their behalf (AC, offices, stationery, IT, etc.)
  • Focal point for Project location
  • Ensure that the project office always has an adequate stock of stationery items
  • Ensure efficient communication with all other COMPANY Technical Assistant
  • To define and maintain a proper electronic filing structure

Your Profile

  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical or Administrative Assistant
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Substantial Experience in office administrative role
  • Competence in the use of MS Office applications like Excel, Word and PowerPoint,
  • knowledge of Document Controlling preferred
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English
