- A leading construction company in Qatar is looking for an Administrative Assistant
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
- Copy, scan and store documents
- Check for accuracy and edit files
- Prepare gate passes for employees
- Issue LPO and follow up the orders
- File documents in physical and digital records
- Maintain a record of office stationary.
- Administers benefits programs such as vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
- Maintain confidentially around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Computer Applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
