Arab Female with good English communication skills and Able to join immediately, the candidate must be in Qatar.

Administration Skills:

  • Document control
  • Create, manage, and update folders in the system
  • Manage and update the incoming/outgoing letters and documents
  • Keep the manuals and policies updated
  • Welcome visitors or clients and answer or refer their inquiries
  • Prepare letters for general and authority purposes
  • Respond to external /internal calls
  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Responsible of on-boarding new employees
  • Update HR records accordingly
  • Renew employee’s documents suchlike QID and Work Permits
  • Provide the employee with the needed certificates
  • Organize staff activities

QAR5,000.00 – QAR6,000.00 per month
