- Public Admin/Social Media Specialists must have a bachelor’s degree.
- Individuals who are responsible for administrative tasks and coordination of information in support of an office-related environment and who are dedicated to furthering their personal and professional growth in theirs.
- Responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement.
- The Specialist may also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.
- Must be strategic able to have a marketing approach focused on creating and distributing valuable, relevant and consistent content to attract and retain a clearly-defined audience and ultimately to drive profitable customer action.
- Must have knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and MS Excel.
