We are hiring an Admin Manager in Qatar.

Qualifications, Mandatory to have the below:

  • Should possess a minimum of 5 years of Office Administration experience along with Transportation management, petty cash handling, etc to be mandatory.
  • Must have valid Qatar Driving License.
  • Indian Male candidates only may apply.
  • Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID & NOC

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
  • Transportation management & petty cash handling.
  • Training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and providing payroll input and other expenses
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
