We are hiring an Admin Manager in Qatar.
Qualifications, Mandatory to have the below:
- Should possess a minimum of 5 years of Office Administration experience along with Transportation management, petty cash handling, etc to be mandatory.
- Must have valid Qatar Driving License.
- Indian Male candidates only may apply.
- Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID & NOC
- Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Transportation management & petty cash handling.
- Training, and evaluating employees, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and providing payroll input and other expenses
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
