We are looking for an eligible candidate who can perform well as an admin assistant for our firm. The following are the job responsibilities that need to be executed as an admin assistant.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines,
- Support the operations manager and/or the manager(s) in planning and coordinating management activities and input and track scheduling information.
- Follow up on phone calls, emails, and mail for managers.
- Manage documents and update records related to various sectors (e.g. filing, and storage) in accordance with current practices and regulations.
- Support the operations manager and/or managers in retrieving information, carrying out business processes, and using information systems.
- Greet people and direct them to the respective areas.
- Open and distribute incoming emails and other material
- Coordinate the flow of information
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Document control: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative Assistant: 3 years (Required)
