Admin Assistant/Secretary

We are hiring for an Admin Assistant/Secretary for a full-time position.

2500 QAR monthly salary (all-inclusive) and 8 hours of working time.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls
  • Schedule appointments and update event calendars
  • Arrange staff meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
  • Prepare memos, invoices, or other reports
  • Edit documents
  • Maintain databases and filing systems, whether electronic or paper
  • Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties that are necessary to run an organization efficiently
    etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Male
  • English Speaker
  • Proficient with MS Office tools
  • Knowledgeable in different computer software

Desired Skills & Experience

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures; Strong organizational and planning skills.
