(Some of) What you will be doing:

  • Operate as the point of contact for the assigned category of partners.
  • Ensure Shops category Partner acquisitions & maintain the Database on CRM.
  • Lead creation – use strategies for lead creation & turning all assigned categories into a product-based lists.
  • Onboarding of Key Accounts “potential big brands” to ensure availability of the best products.
  • Forecasting and monitoring account metrics for each partner.
  • Communicating progress weekly, monthly, quarterly for partners.
  • Creating Reports displaying their KPI’s to troubleshoot any challenges and ensuring growth.
  • Developing long-term working relationship with all partners.
  • Smart usage of all available tools to negotiate and push partners to encourage their customers to use Snoonu. (Coverage, In-App Visibility, social media, Marketing tools)
  • Ensuring Financial profitability Snoonu, Highlighting and troubleshooting such cases.
  • Ensure all legal Agreements are up to date and match with Department Goals.
  • Providing the best customer satisfaction to all inbound queries.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to partners in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring Financial profitability Snoonu, Highlighting and troubleshooting such cases.
  • Presenting reports and analysis on category performance to Snoonu Management
  • Ensure all legal Agreements are up to date and match with Department Goals.
  • Keep accurate records of category partners by updating CRM with all communication & transactions.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Update Category knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Analyze data or insights to determine category and consumer trends.
  • Conduct business reviews with accounts and identify business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability and market share.
  • Make sure that the menus of the clients are up to date at all times.
  • Manage and maintain current partnerships and ensure acquisition plans are in line with focused goals

Do you have any of these?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales or a related field
  • Preferred Sales experience in similar industry
  • Knowledge of category management, marketing and sales principles
  • Understanding data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Ability to track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
  • Create and execute strategic plans that expands customer base
  • Demonstrated experience to establish, build and maintain relationship with partners
  • Product and service presentation to new partners
