This role is to provide the necessary assistance to the Business Continuity team to complete the activities related to the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) lifecycle as defined as per the ISO22301 standard on Business Continuity. The role will report to the ERM Director and will interact regularly with the Business Continuity Champions in matters related to Business Continuity Management.


  • Responsible to assist the Business Continuity (BC) Team to maintain ISO 22301 BCMS certification requirements which include review and update of Business Impact Analysis, Risk Assessments, BC Strategies, BC Plans, Testing and Exercising requirements, Internal and External Audit procedures etc.
  • Assist the BC Team with the regular testing of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans
  • Assist the BC Team to ensure Continuous Improvement to develop Business Continuity Maturity within the organization.

Minimum Experience, Essential Knowledge & Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in implementing a Business Continuity Management System
  • Awareness of related standards such as ISO22301, BCI Good Practice Guidelines
  • Knowledge of Risk Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in risk management, business administration, finance or engineering
  • ISO 22301 Lead Implementer preferred
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
