Define and lead the execution of the Enterprise CVM strategy that maximises customer value, getting customers to stay longer, spend more and adopt new/more services, by building strong alliances with leaders in segment, channels, and other functions. Increase engagement and usage, building end to end life cycle for the customers, increase customer spending and make sure that customers get potential value by the products. Identify customer needs and problems and provide 360 solutions with appropriate CVM campaigns.

This role is responsible for providing input to segment strategy, new product strategy and implementing the EBU CVM plan, resulting in the financial objective of incremental revenue.
