Job Overview

Snoonu is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to establish and lead our UX research practice. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of Snoonu’s product experience, focusing on deep understanding of user behaviors, needs, and motivations. The Senior UX Researcher will be responsible for building a robust research framework and integrating user insights into the product development process.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the UX research practice at Snoonu, setting standards and methodologies for rigorous user research.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gain a comprehensive understanding of our users and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify research priorities and integrate findings into product strategies and design decisions.
  • Design and execute studies that address both user behavior and attitudes, using a variety of research methodologies.
  • Communicate research findings and actionable insights effectively across the organization, influencing product direction and fostering a user-centered culture.
  • Mentor team members and stakeholders in UX research methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in UX research, preferably in mass market business to consumer environments.
  • Strong expertise in a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools.
  • Proven ability to translate research findings into strategic insights that inform product development and design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.
  • A track record of initiating and leading research projects that impact product strategy.
