E-COMMERCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Marketing/ Pharmaceutical).

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing role within B2C E-commerce industry.
  • GCC experience will be an added advantage.

Key Expectations

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce best-practice and digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
  • Ability to adapt to the evolving requirements of e-commerce sales.
  • Knowledge of e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
  • Comfortable using Social Media Ad Manager and Google Ads.
  • Able to work efficiently in Excel and other office applications.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
  • Customer focused, with good written communication skills.
  • Inter-personal skills, analytical mind-set and critical thinking.
  • Creative & commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and support business growth.
  • Manage and maintain contents on the organisation’s media ie., website, e-commerce, social media channels, multi-media etc.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and design engaging health-related contents and articles.
  • Assist in planning, implementing and optimising digital marketing campaigns.
  • Implement digital marketing activities across the range of digital marketing channels (eg. emails, e-newsletters)
  • Conduct research and analyse for insights on market trends, consumers’ interests, brand awareness and competitors, to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Measure and monitor the performance of produced content, various marketing activities and campaigns, and provide recommendations on optimisation and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in managing of marketing department budget and expenses.
  • Monitor and maintain proper functionality of our website/app.
  • Producing regular performance reports for management and proposing new strategies to stimulate growth
  • Ensuring activities to increase the online ratings & reviews.
