We are looking for a result-driven, and creative Senior Marketing Specialist who will be responsible to ensure the successful delivery of all integrated campaigns and marketing initiatives. The focus is on the management of operative marketing activities for the professional and home sector, making sure that all the marketing assets are present, consistent on time & on budget, for the correct go to market.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Marketing Budgets in collaboration with the HQ and Qatar strategy.
  • Guarantee and supervise all the go-to-market initiatives, verifying that all the assets have been used to their full potential and that the deployment times are perfectly synchronized with the marketing plans
  • Define the marketing plan in terms of campaigns, initiatives, and events, proposing the correct mix of activities capable of achieving the agreed targets in terms of leads, revenues, margin, and profitability
  • Define the deployment of all sell-in and sell-out tools (events, mailing, web marketing) to generate leads, orders, sales, and the Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Organize Clinique and Digital and Non-Digital Events,
  • Manage marketing investments needed to generate expected profitable growth and allocate financial resources among business-building activities
  • Collaborate to implement web marketing plans in line with Sales and Digital Marketing strategies to support new products, solutions, and services launch
  • Manage the presence of marketing initiatives in major media, to improve brand recognition and update customers on new initiatives
  • Monitor ROI of marketing investments through pre and post analyses of results for the segment
  • Ensure effective launches of new products at the global level for the segment by bundling together marketing activities and creating partnerships with key industry’s influencers, in accordance with Marketing HQ guidelines
  • Leverage merchandising value and assure proper stock management and control
  • Guarantee the best use of CRM for the segment to have clean and update market data and support Salesforce productivity improvement
  • Guarantee quality layout/project design in line with corporate standards
  • Helping the best customers with specific sellout activities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role and in multinational fast-paced environments
  • 2+ years experience in Digital Marketing Experience
  • Master’s degree in Marketing or a similar degree
  • Ability to think and act strategically and drive the organization toward strategy execution
  • Strong financial skills and organization methodologies and processes
  • Communication & Presentation skills
  • Project Management
  • Problem-solving
  • High degree of empathy
