Education requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or another related field

Language requirements

• English – Fluent (Required) | Arabic – Fluent (Preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment (essential)
• Minimum 1 year in GCC (preferred)

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience recruiting Physician, Allied Health, Nursing and non-clinical healthcare positions
• Strong understanding of recruitment practice in a healthcare setting
• Understanding of technology and its application in strategic recruiting
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to work in fast paced environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for correspondence at all levels
• Demonstrated experience in successfully partnering with hiring managers and/or organizational leaders.
• Demonstrated experience and success in developing and executing a talent acquisition strategy.
