Your day to day

As a Recreation Supervisor, you will support in the smooth day-to-day operations. You will ensure the set up and implementation of a complete membership structure regarding showroom, initial enquiries, new members, renewals, guest feedback, files and records. You will also ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures are implemented and followed at all times.

What we need from you

Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:

•  Minimum one year of similar experience in a luxury hotel/resort
•  Very good communication and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•  Ability to work well with a diverse team
•  Flexibility in shifts
