Overview of the role:
We are currently looking for Business Development Executive to join our team and to work with ALF Vehicle Rentals team.
What you will do:
- Maximise all lease and car rental opportunities to bring profitable corporate business for AVR
- Support the Business Development Manager in sales strategies, targets and sales performance so that profitability, growth and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
- Support the Business Development Manager by providing the required reports and information’s as per the business needs.
- Supervising, coaching and training the sales team on their daily role.
- Build strong and effective account management relationships with all customers
- Win new customers from building own prospect base through proactive prospecting techniques including cold calling
- Develop customer relationships to enhance profit levels and penetration of services
- Plan and implement customer retention and relationship development
- Contribute to formulation of policy and strategy within the sales and marketing function
- Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems as required by the Line Manager on a periodic basis
- Work closely with accounts and collections team to ensure debts are minimised
- Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, whilst protecting and developing the company’s brands via suitable PR activities and own presentation.
Required Skills to be successful:
- Based in Qatar
- Min. (3) years’ experience
- Driving license
- B2B experience
About the Team:
The role will report to Sales Manager and you will be working in a busy environment wherein you will be dealing directly with our clients
What equips you for the role:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum 3 years sales management experience
- (5) years GCC experience in Sales and Business Development
- Strong English communication skills; reading, writing and speaking
