As Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering unique products at best price, in a timely and creative manner to support DQ/QRH Sales and Operations. You will be required to source suppliers, manage their relationship, administrate contracts, and prepare costing sheets for benchmarking purposes, as well as presenting newly created products to the Sales and Operations team and follow-up with their enquiries.


  • Source suppliers and manage their relationship (setup regular calls) to ensure best positioning, products, and service quality, ROI, and pricing, of DQ/QRH products in the market.
  • Analyze and benchmark competitor products, rates, tactical offers and monitor sales performance, negotiate discounts and override commissions (ORC).
  • Adjust mark-up levels to maximize revenue and ensure best pricing and servicing for DQ/QRH.
  • Ensure there is an adequate product and offers available to support sales and marketing campaigns and new destination launches.
  • Keep up-to-date with all the DQ/QRH products and provide training to the operations/sales teams via supplier presentations.
  • Follow set standard operations procedures and ensure terms specified in supplier contracts are followed with regards to the booking process, payment, and financial terms.
  • Maintain contract pipeline for controlling hotel / services Gemini tickets raised with Online system Data loading team and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain reports and other data to keep track of DQ/QRH production with each of the suppliers and a daily sales report to follow-up with trends and anticipate sales periods.


  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience
  • Experience in uploading contracts on online system
  • Experience working on manual cost sheets and flyers
  • A proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers
  • Experience in tour-operating or travel management (brochure production, contracting, sales)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to demonstrate key areas of success
  • Administrative skills and ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Be able to demonstrate a passion for travel and the holiday industry
  • Flexible and open, never give up attitude and have the ability to work under pressure. Good geographical and destination knowledge.
