A Call Center Representative, or Call Center Agent, takes calls from customers, answers questions or addresses any concerns they may have. Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers’ needs or issues, and providing helpful solutions to their problems
Responsibilities
- Manage outbound calls
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Process customer’s tickets in the system
- Follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain database by entering information
- Maintain or Exceed the Target for Call Quality
Qualifications
- High School or Bachelor Degree
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
- One to two years of experience as a call center agent
- Familiar with computer software and telephone etiquette
