Knowledge:

  • A mature individual who can Initiate independently new prospects, follow-up, with a good understanding of the lubricants market. Holding sound technical knowledge to answer customer’s queries

Skills:

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical with the ability to attend to all the details
  • Fluency in English languages; Arabic language a plu

Experience:

  • At least 8 to 10 years’ Experience in B2B Sales preferably from the lubricants industry.

Education:

  • Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical) preferably with a Business Management Degree.

Activités

  • Managing all direct activity for B2B sales for Industrial & Affiliates sales in Qatar.
  • Identifying new prospects and working on them for speedy conversion
  • Responsible for introducing/upgrading drive to premium activities
  • Support indirect sales channel for needful development of customers where needed.
  • Conduct trainings, lube surveys and technical seminars for the customers.
  • Develop value added activities to gain customer loyalty.
  • Gathering market data/intelligence for required development and updates.
  • Ensure meeting HSE objectives as per the group policy
  • Work along with colleagues and management to ensure smooth delivery of objectives
  • May also lead teams and other key customers as part of the responsibility.

COMPLIANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Strictly follow all Compliance processes including regular updation of renewed Trade Licenses (>92%).
  • Due Diligence Forms, wherever applicable, and timely renewals thereof.
  • Transaction Declaration Forms, wherever applicable, and timely renewals thereof.
  • Implementation of Code of Conduct.

Accountabilities

  • Develop new business in Industrial segment and identify the priority levels.
  • Improve the Product Mix to focus on selling Premium Products to increase profitability.
  • Increase TotalEnergies presence in Industrial Segment to be the No. 1 Player in Qatar.
  • Expand the business in Industrial segment by identifying first fill business, facilitate trials to enter into untapped business and maintain contact with Industrial OEMs locally.
  • Technical Support to TEMQ team by regular review of Oil Analysis reports with coordination with technical team, providing Technical Training, conducting trials in the field and generate Lubricant Surveys.
  • Strict adherence and compliance towards Group QHSE policy with high Quality of QHSE performance and complying with affiliate’s QHSE Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
  • Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
  • Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE, Energy policies and Manuals.
  • Participate in the Investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
  • Comply with LIGHT VEHICLE USE & CONTROL HSEP 3
  • Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons.
  • Demonstrates exemplary conduct, rigor, vigilance and professionalism regarding HSE in all their activities
  • Ensure full adherence to the company’s compliance program, its policies and procedures including economic sanctions and export control in all professional activities.
  • Promptly notify the compliance officer/economic sanctions referent of any instances of noncompliance or violations of economic sanctions or export control that comes to my attention.
