Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and driven Senior Product Manager to lead key initiatives within our product team. This role demands a leader adept at balancing product innovation with practical implementation, ensuring our offerings not only meet current market demands but also anticipate future trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company’s business goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and beyond, ensuring the delivery of innovative and market-leading features.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment across all phases of product development.
  • Prioritize product backlog and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements and new features.
  • Utilize A/B testing, user research, and market analysis to gather insights, validate concepts, and continuously improve the product offering.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and make data-driven decisions for future iterations.
  • Serve as a key communicator, articulating the product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 3+ years in product management or equivalent experience.
  • Agile Expertise: Strong background in Agile management practices and Scrum methodologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • User Research Skills: Proficient in basic user research skills, creating surveys, and conducting user interviews.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic, non-structured environments and capable of managing crises effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving aptitude and a strategic mindset.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential.
