Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across all channels (in-store, online, and mobile).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing content, including email campaigns, social media posts, website copy, and promotional materials.
  • Manage the marketing budget and track campaign performance to ensure ROI.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, media partners, and other external partners.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity and industry trends to inform marketing strategy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Director of Business to develop long-term marketing plans and ensure alignment with company objectives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer-facing campaigns.
  • Arabic language is preferred.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Passion for marketing and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
