Scope and Objectives

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of media and marketing campaigns across various media channels. You will play a critical role in supporting the media team and ensuring seamless communication and execution of media plans.

Essential Responsibilities And Duties

As a member of the marketing and PR team support the development and execution of marketing and communication campaigns for both Raffles and Fairmont Doha.

  • Assist in managing the relationships with the external parties and monitor their performance to optimize media buying and placement strategies
  • Assist in creating campaign timelines, coordinating assets, and tracking project deliverable
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure timely delivery and proper implementation of media assets, including ad creatives, copy, and videos
  • Monitor media performance, including impressions, reach, frequency, and engagement metrics
  • Prepare regular reports and analyze data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to the media team
  • Assist in tracking media budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to process invoices, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent qualification
  • First experience in media coordination, advertising, or marketing role
  • Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain good work relationships with external service providers
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and Arabic language, any other language are beneficial
  • Flexible, versatile and copes well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Driven, ambitious, and enthusiastic about the world of PR and hospitality
