• Prepare and control the venue’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
• Deal with feedback from customers to maintain the venue  reputation
• Plan and oversee venue promotional events
• Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the venue
• Achieving sales goals
• Developing venue strategies to raise customers database, expand venue traffic and optimize profitability
• Meeting budget and exceeding goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to team members
• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

Skills:-

• Knowledge of retail management best practices (preferable)
• Commercial awareness
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience for at least 2 years in a similar role with a Luxury Hotel or Resort.
• Excellent English language skills both written and verbal.
• College degree, preferably in Hospitality Management
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
