Responsibilities:-

The L&D Coordinator plays a crucial role in the P&C Department. This position helps drive the company’s values and philosophy and ensures that all training and development activities align with the company’s mission and vision. The L&D Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that effective training is implemented to achieve the desired business results. The role assists the L&D Manager in ensuring that L&D initiatives are carried out and takes an active lead in L&D initiatives, including leading training as and when needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:-

  • Degree Holder, preferably in hotel and restaurant management
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role with a Five Star Hotels or Resorts
  • Excellent Presentation & communication skills
  • Outgoing personality
