About the job

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and customer service excellence across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Create engaging and high-quality content, including posts, stories, videos, and infographics, showcasing properties, market insights, company culture, and addressing common user questions & concerns.
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements to the strategy.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally, providing helpful and accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a positive online reputation.
  • Foster a positive and engaged online community by encouraging interaction, hosting community events, and managing online reputation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Contribute to blog posts, website content, and other marketing materials as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights )
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Experience with paid advertising on social media platforms is a plus.
  • Data-driven approach with a strong understanding of analytics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthousiasm for the real estate industry and knowledge of the Qatar market (preferred).
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
  • Experience in community management and fostering online engagement.
