As a key player in our sales and marketing efforts, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the media industry, including advertising agencies, brands, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as project management, creative, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and projects.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients, showcasing the agency’s capabilities and value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and new media channels to continuously enhance the agency’s offerings.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and generate leads.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to relocate to Qatar.
  • Ability to work independantly.
  • Strong Arabic language, verbal and writing.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and digital advertising.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
