As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, service disruptions, and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Must be Bilingual (English AND Arabic)
- Must be locally available in Qatar with Valid Qatar ID and NOC
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
