Bouncer –Temporary Position (2 Months)

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

• To review prospective clients’ identification documents, deduce their legal capacity, and direct suitable visitors to the entertainment venue offerings.
• Review mental fitness and outward appearances to gauge clients’ composure during their stay in the outlet.
• Furnish clients with wrist stamps, bands, or ticket stubs to denote their rightful admission.
• Usher clients to accessible Food & Beverage areas.
• Maintain orderliness and etiquette in all applicable vicinities.
• Politely escort disruptive clients off the Hotel premises.
• Promote guest safety in the entertainment venue while remaining unobtrusive at all-time
• Report all security related matters to the Security Manager.
• Ensure that all potential and real hazards are communicated and taken care of immediately.
• Detect safety threatening situations and irregularities like unwanted visitors / aggressive or misbehaving visitors.
• Ensure that ‘Fire Exit’ doors are kept free of obstruction at all the times and ensure that fire and safety equipments are in their right places.
• Perform all tasks consistently in line with the hotel standards and adhere to all legal and statutory requirements.
• Respond rapidly to requests for emergency and non-emergency assistance in a professional and hospitable manner.
• Be aware of Hotel fire, bomb and emergency procedures.
• Be aware of health and safety, policies and procedures.
• Attends all meetings and trainings as required by the Security Manager
• Practices ‘Yes I Can’ attitude.
• Adheres to RHG’s Responsible Business ethics.

Requirements

• Age 30 – 40 Years .
• Good command of English Language. Proficiency in Arabic language would be an added advantage .
• Well – built , minimum height 5’6”– 6’.
• Minimum 2- 3 years in the same position in a 4/5 star hotel or night cub.

Salary QAR. 3500 / – + Housing + Meals + Transportation

Duration – 01st November 2022 – 31st December 2022
