For this Duty-free Manager position, the client is searching for dynamic, high-energy, exceptionally presented individuals with experience managing high-end luxury outlets & international clientele in a demanding environment.

Requirements:

• Qualification with a minimum of five years of related experience
• Strong commercial focus and awareness
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Professional usage of MS Word/Excel while working with other retail IT systems.
• Fluency in English required
• Travel retail experience beneficial
• Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
• Previous experience managing & developing teams converting to bottom line results
• Financial knowledge of Cash handling, banking, & working with budgets
• Operational knowledge of a Retail Environment
• GCC experience is beneficial but not mandatory
