About the job
Our client, a multibillion-dollar shareholding real estate company based in Qatar, is looking to hire a Sales Director to handle sales planning strategy for large commercial real estate projects inside Qatar and abroad.
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Sell properties on realty funds
- Sell projects to investors and list them on the stock exchanges in different countries.
- Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
- Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in selling large projects
- 8+ years’ of experience in sales
- Strong leadership skills
