Our client, a multibillion-dollar shareholding real estate company based in Qatar, is looking to hire a Sales Director to handle sales planning strategy for large commercial real estate projects inside Qatar and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Sell properties on realty funds
• Sell projects to investors and list them on the stock exchanges in different countries.
• Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
• Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in selling large projects
• 8+ years’ of experience in sales
• Strong leadership skills
