Job Description

• Act as a business partner to senior leaders in growing the organisation and developing key talent
• Develop culture values
• Implement talent development strategies including a talent road map, leadership development and HiPo programmes
• Manage talent acquisition strategy and maintain an effective employer brand
• Oversee day to day HR operations and lead HR strategy
• Provide strong administrative and operational processes for the region
• Monitor and act on key performance indicators

The Successful Applicant

• 12-15 years HR experience with regional GCC exposure
• Degree educated with a relevant HR qualification and/or MBA
• Ideally experienced in Qatar labour laws
• Demonstrable strategic experience and capable in a hands on role
• Strong talent agenda experience, must be able to demonstrate key projects that have been initiated and led by you

What’s on Offer

Salary around QAR 45,000 plus bonus.
