About The Role

We are hiring for your skills to contribute to the success of strategic initiatives and efficiency of Employee Relations by way of intelligence reports, analysis and presentation solutions and help Senior Manager Employee Relations use them for decision-making purposes. Communicate and establish very good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders on all levels as the key attribute.

Other Operational Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Capturing, evaluating, validating, integrating and prioritizing high-level business requirements by proposing an appropriate decision matrix requirements identification and using the proposed decision matrix.
  • Developing research, gathering data from local and international sources, validating and disseminating data/information including providing support at all levels in ER from ER Officer to Senior Manager ER.
  • Maximising the use of all tools and information available to identify risks and opportunities, and develop new analytical tools and databases for conducting Doha and Outstations’ analysis that will aid in business and operational decisions.
  • Liaising with Aero Political & Government Affairs, and Legal departments to achieve litigation data and studies for the use of Senior Management.
  • Managing updates and sharing customized reports with internal stakeholders, as and when requested by the Senior Manager ER.
  • Gathering requirements and processing maps on how to better use HR’s and Employee Relations (ER)’s current systems to have a greater understanding of trends, and constantly try to improve ER analytics capabilities.
  • Performing data analysis on ER plans and targets, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities where ER can further improve.
  • Maintaining a database on HR cases, conducting analysis, and interpreting benchmarking performance data and reports for HR improvements.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Employee Relations Team.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • minimum 5 years of job-related experience required
  • Strong HR Business Intelligence (BI) Analysis experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of working as a BI Analyst in a HR environment
  • Business Analysis Certification in Information Systems / Examination Board (Desirable)
  • Broad knowledge of HR trends, impacts, and knowledge of key HR metrics
