I am seeking an HR Change and Communications Manager based in Doha, to focus on the people side of change and deliver impactful change solutions across the HR Division and wider organisation. Working with HR Project Management Office and HR Management team to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and proficiency with systems, processes and technology changes that impact employees. The role will also support usual change efforts and initiatives across the group using proven change management strategies, tolls and templates.

The individual will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business process, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.

Some of the focus areas will be:

  • Work with HR project management office to identify scope, plan interventions, deploy, monitor and control the change management plan deliverables.
  • Apply change management principles, processes and tools to develop and implement Change Management strategy and programs for large projects in line with the Change Needs Analysis and identified requirements that maximise employee adoption.
  • Conduct impact assessment, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Deploy proven & customised change management processes and tools to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications by creating custom communication plans.
  • Adopt and Implement a wide variety of offline, high-touch and digital communication activities and tactics and work with business and project team to identify training strategy & courses.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR – Management Team.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in project management and people management.
  • Change Communications experience, ideally in organisational, tech and/or process change.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Clarizen)
  • Strong understanding and application of change management and project management principles
  • Demonstrable experience with cross functional business improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to plan and lead change
