Your day to day
Under the general guidance of the Human Resources Manager or delegate, and within the limits of established Policies, Procedures and Human Resources Manual, oversees the administration of the Hotel Clinic and providing medical assistance to all hotel colleagues, Colleagues welfare/relations and ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency in discharging all HR administrative functions.
What we need from you
Ideally, you’ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we’re looking for:
- Minimum one year of experience as a Nurse/HR Admin or a similar role in a luxury hotel and/or resort
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well with a diverse team
- Flexibility in shifts
