Fortnum and Mason are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to fully leverage the experience from London Piccadilly and a business of British Heritage over 314 years old. You will implement and drive the Customer Experience and Commercial Growth to support the Regional Expansion Strategy for our existing and future stores in the Middle Eastern region. This role is responsible for the implementation of brand standards and commercial operations for F&M Retail and Hospitality stores in Doha, Qatar.

This will be a 1-year fixed-term contract based in Doha.

Ideally, you will have strong experience in Retail and Hospitality.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist in recruiting and establishing the operations team with the right caliber to drive success for the launch and deliver consistent brand standards
  • Liasing with London HQ regarding improving on service and maximising sales and covers
  • Own and drive performance, identifying opportunities and risk
  • Closely work with Marketing on initiatives to drive traffic and conversions for both Retail and Hospitality
  • Monitor the success of Marketing and PR events and calendar provide feedback of areas for development, and ensuring that we are always striving to deliver a sense of pleasure to our guests.
  • Lead and inspire your teams to deliver on a daily basis, by role modelling the Company Values, Vision and behaviours of creating a sense of pleasure to our employees and customers

Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience in the Retail and Hospitality sector within a multi-channel environment
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels
  • Ability to demonstrate high levels of planning, organising, and time management to drive the operational execution across the region
  • Premium / Luxury Experience in an environment with a strong Customer Service ethos
