Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination especially with government entities
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience in managing projects and client relationships
  • A clear understanding of project management and attention to detail is a must
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their communication needs and projects
  • Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively
  • Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of projects
  • Responsible for gathering information on client’s projects, needed for the agency team
  • Meet client for briefings and present plans and proposals for approval
  • Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification
  • Responding to clients’ requests as they arise
  • Presenting, alongside agency team, the plans, ideas and budget to the client
  • Issuing briefs to content creators, creative and social media team, and providing necessary information
  • Updating information pertinent to the status of all jobs, and submitting/presenting weekly status reports to client
  • Produce timely contact reports
  • Produce and distribute job requests and change orders
  • Monitoring client external communications to ensure the team and the client remain well-informed
  • Undertaking administration tasks
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
