Dieture Kitchen is a leading company in the culinary industry, dedicated to providing delicious and nutritious meals to our customers. We are currently seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to join our team and drive the strategic management of human resources processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

HR Information System (HRIS):

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on HRIS usage.

Recruitment and Applicant Tracking System (ATS):

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Utilize the ATS to streamline and enhance the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.

Onboarding System:

  • Develop and enhance onboarding processes to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective onboarding.

Performance Management System:

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management best practices.

Payroll System:

  • Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
  • Collaborate with Finance to address payroll-related matters.

Time and Attendance Tracking:

  • Implement and manage time and attendance tracking systems.
  • Monitor and address attendance-related issues.

Employee Self-Service Portal:

  • Facilitate the development and maintenance of an employee self-service portal.
  • Empower employees to access relevant HR information and services.

Benefits Administration System:

  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees.

Learning Management System (LMS):

  • Implement and manage the LMS to support employee development.
  • Coordinate training initiatives and track employee progress.

Compliance and Records Management:

  • Ensure HR processes comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee records and documentation.

Employee Engagement and Survey Tools:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement.
  • Utilize survey tools to gather employee feedback and insights.

Succession Planning and Talent Management:

  • Implement and lead succession planning initiatives.
  • Identify and nurture talent within the organization.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports for leadership.

Communication and Collaboration Tools:

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration within the HR team.
  • Implement tools to enhance internal communication.

Exit Interview and Offboarding Process:

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive offboarding process.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights.

Health and Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • years of proven experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
