Call Center Representative takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Requirements:

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • Past working Experience in an E-commerce company is preferred, not a MUST
  • Detail-oriented and quick-thinking personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent active listening and time management skills with the capability to address difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar position
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic
