Rewards specialist will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and administering employees’ rewards. The Rewards Specialist will be responsible to suggest and implement compensation strategies in alignment with HR and business strategies.
Role & Responsibilities:
Define a fair, equitable and competitive compensation and benefits structure that fits and is aligned to company’s strategy and business goals.
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with laws and regulations & Company Policies.
Use various methods and techniques and make data driven decision making on intrinsic & extrinsic rewards.
Review and suggest improving on the relevant policies and procedures.
Develop the incentive/variable schemes that connect employee’s performance with business performance with support from Head of HR.
Perform job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications.
Advise on proper compensation & benefits packages to recruit and retain talent.
Advise and develop proper recognition programs that aligns with internal culture and improve on achieving business objectives.
Analyze, study, document jobs and make sure they are in line with function/business/HR strategies towards achieving lean and high-performance organization.
Participate in market compensation surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value.
Deploy effective Compensation Metrics and KPIs.
Develop and implement communications activities designed to educate and inform employees about total rewards.
Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices.
Prepare annual budget for total rewards and manage expenditures related to benefit programs.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
Min 8 years of HR work experience and min 5 years of work experience in similar position ideally in the manufacturing industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Industrial Engineering. MBA shall be preferred.
Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) certification and/or CIPD 5.
Excellent Ms. Excel and database management skills, power BI is preferred.
Experience with Korn Ferry/Hay, Mercer and others job evaluation methodologies.
Sound communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Experience in using ERP systems like SAP Success Factors.
