The Main Purpose Of Your Role Is To

  • Lead the Digital Marketing Department of the fastest-growing tech startup
  • Define and execute the digital marketing strategy and plan, drive growth across all platforms
  • Manage marketing budget and allocate it across all verticals to support food and non-food categories growth
  • Define what support is needed to hit the marketing and business targets
  • Continuously experimenting with new and current marketing channels while solidifying the proven ones
  • Campaigns planning and ensuring all of them are measured and continuously optimized based on KPIs
  • Hire, coach, motivate, and lead the digital marketing team
  • Leverage marketing and product analytics to optimize campaigns performance, drive decision-making, and measure outcomes
  • Support the marketing team to acquire and retain customers at an effective CPI / CAC / CPO

Do you have some of these?:

  • 7+ years of performance marketing experience with direct management of app marketing and/or paid search campaigns
  • Deep understanding of the Google Ads platform; good knowledge of bidding, targeting & optimization capabilities; up-to-date with best practices and the latest tactics
  • Track record of driving sales/revenue while positively impacting CAC efficiency
  • Well-versed in web analytics and app tracking
  • Exceptional data analytics skills; ability to draw conclusions from data and form actionable insights
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data)
